Acknowledgment of Risk
By registering for or participating in any Tribo event (the “Event”), I understand and acknowledge that attending and participating in community activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness, property loss, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Release of Liability
I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby fully release and discharge Tribo, its founders, organizers, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise out of or relate to my participation in the Event.
Assumption of Responsibility
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by me while participating in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Health & Safety
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the Event and that I am solely responsible for my own health and well-being throughout the activity. I agree to follow any safety instructions provided by Tribo organizers.
Media Release
I grant Tribo permission to capture photos, videos, or other media of me during the Event, and to use such media for promotional, educational, or community purposes without compensation.
Acknowledgment
I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. I acknowledge that by signing, I am giving up substantial legal rights.
